We approached Alex midway through 2023, when he had begun to see the effects of AI throughout other industries, and recognized the implementation would be beneficial in many areas his own business. This innovative approach to act fast once recognizing clear gaps in the market and understanding the necessity of adapting to marketplace changes before competition has now driven Smile Fresh to industry domination.

Strategy

Our strategy with Smile Fresh was simple and effective, automate repetitive operational functions and customer service tasks to increase time to be utilized for roles of higher importance. We implemented an individualized automation solution, tailored to their specific business goals and needs.

This included automated appointment software setting for both their mobile and inhouse bookings, as this process was currently operating manually through paid contractors. We implemented an automated google response bot as Smile Fresh have over 700 five star google reviews, and we identified this as a major opportunity to convert + maximize both new and existing customers. Instagram is a main avenue of revenue for Smile Fresh; amounting at almost 20 thousands followers,  they funnel a wide range of customers through social media. Understanding this, we set up automated communication into their Instagram account, automating direct messaging and story responses, funneling clients to book and collecting leads throughout interactions. Finally, a business support chatbot was integrated into the Smile Fresh website coded with a unique and relevant business persona. This was collaborated on between our teams to ensure it was an accurate representation of their brand and regular training of the bot is facilitated.
